U.S. Marine Corps, 8 years
Ray Schwartz
Ray came to San Diego from Milwaukee at nineteen to join the Marines. He learned on his own hair, then cut everyone's in Afghanistan, and went straight to barber school when he got out.
The barbers
Jay B cut hair for his shipmates in the Navy. Ray cut for the Marines around him in Afghanistan. Now they cut for anyone who walks in.

Owner · U.S. Navy, retired
Jay B taught himself to cut hair as a kid in Philadelphia, and his nephews were brave enough to let him learn on them. By the time he joined the Navy, his shipmates were coming to him for their cuts.
He retired from the Navy and kept cutting, for service members and civilians alike, and PrecisionZ on Miramar Rd is the shop he built around that. Ask him for a fade, a design, a straight razor shave, colour or brows. He can copy almost any haircut you bring him.

The shop
Park free out front, have a beer or a glass of wine, and catch the game while you wait. The shop is wheelchair accessible, and kids are welcome.
